Software for offices that run on spreadsheets.

Law firms, accounting practices, insurance agencies, engineering offices, and medical practices run on client lists, deadlines, documents, and follow-up. Most of it lives in spreadsheets, shared drives, and someone’s memory.

The work is straightforward: take the process costing your office the most time and turn it into one system your whole team can use. Department dashboards start at $5,000 and are typically delivered in three weeks; larger systems are scoped separately.

The usual signs

If two or three of these sound familiar, there is almost certainly a project here.

The client list is a spreadsheet, and three people keep their own version of it
New client intake means retyping the same details into four different places
Deadlines and renewal dates live in someone’s calendar rather than the system
Nobody can see what stage each client or matter is actually at
Status updates happen by email, and the answer depends on who you ask
The monthly report takes someone half a day to assemble by hand
Finding last year’s file means searching a shared drive by memory
One person knows how the whole process works, and everyone waits on them

What I build for offices

Pick the one costing your team the most time. It becomes one shared system, and you own it when it is done.

Client & Matter Tracking

Every client, engagement, or case in one place with its current stage, owner, and next step, instead of a spreadsheet nobody trusts.

One answer to “where does that stand?”

Intake & Onboarding

One form that captures a new client properly and feeds everything downstream, so the same details are never typed twice.

Details entered once, used everywhere

Deadlines & Renewals

Filing dates, policy renewals, licence expiries, and review dates tracked in the system, with a warning before they arrive.

Nothing depends on someone remembering

Checklists & Approvals

Repeatable processes with the steps built in, so work moves through the office the same way every time and nothing is skipped.

The process runs the same without you watching

Reporting & Billing Support

The monthly numbers built automatically from the work already recorded — hours, stages, volumes — instead of assembled by hand.

The report is ready before the meeting

Documents & Records

Files attached to the client or matter they belong to, named consistently, and findable without searching a shared drive by memory.

Last year’s file found in seconds

Same pricing as everything else. An entry department dashboard starts at $5,000 and is typically delivered in three weeks. A full department system, with roles, permissions, alerts, and reporting, is $10,000 over four to six weeks. You own the software and the data either way, with no subscription to me.

$5,000
